One-Day Academic Workshop

Professional development for academic leaders and teaching staff

A great opportunity for future sector leaders to network and learn!

With the Languages Canada academic leader standard being enhanced at the 2023 AGM, the association has committed to helping provide affordable, quality professional development opportunities for both academic leaders and language teaching staff.

Accordingly, the Languages Canada 2024 Conference will feature a one-day Academic Workshop focused on pertinent pedagogical, assessment and classroom issues facing program directors, academic managers and teaching staff.

When?
Friday, March 1, 2024 (6 hours of workshops / sessions plus networking opportunities).

Who should attend?
Teachers and academic staff from the Vancouver and Victoria area and beyond, in addition to all full delegates attending the conference.

How much does it cost?
A special one-day member registration rate of $150 + GST is available for those not attending the full conference (includes lunch and networking breaks) as long as there is a full registration from the same institution.

Thank you to our 17th Annual Conference supporters!
