The International Language Institute (ILI) was founded in 1983 and it is recognized as one of Canada’s leading private language training institutes. ILI is a Designated Learning Institution under the new Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada (IRCC) regulations.  This designation qualifies ILI to issue Letters of Acceptance (LOA) to international students for long-term study in Canada. ILI offers a variety of language learning programs:  The General English Program, The University Pathway Program, A Summer Vacation/Study Program, IELTS Preparation, and private tutorials.  ILI is also a test centre for the CELPIP and CAEL tests, and a test venue for the IELTS tests.   ILI also offers an exciting Social Program so that students can enjoy local sightseeing, sports, and outdoor nature activities in the beautiful provinces of Atlantic Canada.  If students require a homestay, ILI has a Homestay Coordinator who can place students with local families.
