For over 60 years, the École de français of the Faculté de l’apprentissage continu has offered high quality language training and has positioned itself as a leader in the teaching of French as second language.

We provide a wide variety of training for a broad public: immigrants, workers, university students or professors, post-doctoral fellows, candidates for professional orders, foreign students and language teachers. Our courses, whether for credit or not, are given by experienced and supremely qualified teachers.

Mission

The mission of the École de français of the Université de Montréal is to propose varied and high quality training in French as second language. It is committed to assisting students in developing the language and intercultural skills that will enable them to interact effectively with the world around them.
